The Carrier Ethernet aggregation switches feature high capacity, assured SLA, full redundancy protection, consistent performance and integrated management. These switches complement the Raisecom Carrier Ethernet product lines and they became important part of optical metro network solutions.

These devices offer a complete suite of manageable L2 aggregation features with powerful hardware designs supporting up to 4 x 10G Ethernet uplinks offering optional redundant hot-swappable AC or DC power supplies.

The ISCOM2900 are often used for scalable aggregation purposes in network architectures for a Metropolitan Area Network data convergence, business connections, mobile backhaul and cloud access. Additionally, with up to 48 SFP or electrical interfaces, ISCOM2900 series enable flexible service offerings and provides access rates up to 1000Mbit/s. This ensures exceptional transmission quality and efficiency. In addition, this series plays an important role in accelerating large-scale deployment and provides diversified access solutions due to its high bandwidth provision (10G) and H-CAR (Hierarchical QoS) performance.

The entire series comply with MEF defined CE2.0 services such as E-Line, E-LAN, E-Tree and E-Access. It complies with standards such as E-LMI, IEEE802.1ag/802.3ah, ITU-T Y.1731/G.8031/G.8032 and LLDP. The L2 MPLS VPN is also available via software upgrade.
